You would want to place your monolights at 45 degree angles toward your subject with equal output settings on each, as to negate shadows from each other.  Shadows will make it harder for your knockout program to get a good knockout of your original subject.

The key is to ensure that you do not have shadows behind your subject, so you need lighting behind them on the green screen, in addition to the front lighting you are using to light your subject.
