She can be a pharmacy assistant but it rare opportunity and has a low salary rate. Much better to try and try until you pass the exam.

As was answered before - you can become a pharmacy assistant.  You can try to work in a health system to gain some valuable experience as you wait to retake your exams - yes, you should retake until you pass.  If you are in California MemorialCare offers many pharmacy career options.  Good luck!
