Our Sunny was a reject from the Guide Dog organization.  Through God's grace we have her.  She has helped my husband recuperate from a major stroke.   Although she is the most loving dog, she also helps us to feel safe and gives us much laughter and joy.

I actually met her when she was being trained at 8 months old.  It is a miracle story and I thank God for her!

I have numerous cats and absolutely love each and every one of them.  They give me joy and seem to sense my moods.  But if one if extremely ill I would rather put them down than see them suffer.

Very important. Told my wife when she married me about my love for four legged blondes . Collies.

She is everything.  During a turbulent relationship Jazzy many times tore my ex off me.  She is a command Pit Bull with 3 legs but boy can she attack when I tell her to.

My dog is just as important in my family as all other members.  I treat my dog as if he were a child.  I make sure he eats healthy and he is bathed and his shots are all up to date.  I spoil him too.

Cool pjfkitikat /  amen to your answer about dogs and cats.  over 30 years i have gotten all my animals from the dog shelter they lived good healthy lives with me and lots of love to each other.  i have a chihuahua, the past year that brings me so much to live for.  i named her roseetta roseanna dana, but i call her roseetta.  i loved the new movie beverly hills chihuahua, and she looks just like that dog.  lol  i have a cat name money that looks like garfield.  he belongs to my grand daughter but  he has lived with me for a year.  both animals came from the dog shelter.  i  love both animals and they get along good and are fat and healthy.  they have to jump up on my lap in the wheel chair cause i cant pick them up, they are too heavy.  they stay behind my chair when i am on the move lol, i can go in a circle and they do too lol.  it is so nice that animal shelters  let seniors pay $ 17.00 for adoption fee that includes everything.         nanadee
