Little late to worry about it now. But 50 really is way too much for a 10 lb doggie. Hell, I take 50s. 15 is even pretty strong. Remember, though it doesn't have a 'high' to it, tramadol IS an opiate, with all the problems that implies. Including suppressing breathing and other unpleasant effects. Your dog likely won't die. But please. do not do that again. If the vet said 15, he MEANS 15.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Can pamabrom be used insted of lasix? left my 23 lb dogs meds at home and

This would be like peeing in the ocean and hoping for high tide. Furosemide is a powerful loop diuretic. Panbrom is an OTC med which has much less potent diuretic effects. It would be better than nothing, but if your dog has severe heart failure, then get some lasix. Human stuff would be fine.
