min-pin dog clubmy buddy has a breathing problem. sounds like he's gasbing for air. i really love my buddy but income is very limited.was told there's medicine that can help him, can i buy it over the internet?

I'm not sure what medicine you're referring but I think you should speak with your vet. Maybe he/she can set up a special payment plan for you to get your dog the medical attention he needs now.
