Personal Quilt

A while ago a coworker brought in a quilt that her family designed for the grandparents. Each child had a paper that they drew their own design and signed their name. This was then sent somewhere and a quilt was made from those designs. Where can I get this done?

I would suggest you to find out some quilt maker who are very popular for the quality of their work. I am sure a really good quilt maker should be able to make something similar.

Nearly any experienced quilter can take your images, in the raw, and convert them into a quilt.  The original documents are printed on fabric using a copy machine. The quilt top is then designed around the images.  This idea is used for anniversary quilts, sport quilts, achievement quilts and just about any thing else you might imagine.
