I got a disturbing email from someone I don't know. How can I find out more about this person? It seems like a fake account. Can I look up a person from an email? j_smith176@aol.com

I would suggest marking the email as spam. I would also suggest forwarding the email to abuse@aol.com so we can take any necessary action.
