I have been perscribed methotrexate 2.5mg tablets to be taken 4 at a time once a week. I have protein spillage. Is it safe foir me to take this drug?

Why not ask the doctor who prescribed the drug? If he doesn't know the answer or won't give you an answer then you should find another doctor.
