Hi,

In general the answer is no.  The only one to blame is the one who did the crime.  However, in each case, specifically, we should bear in mind what was the victim's contribution.   Several examples:
1.  A girl who wear "minimal dress" was raped.  Did she
     contributed to the rape ?.
2.  A guy walked alone at night in a park and was robbed.
Did he contributed to the robbery ?.
3.  You forgot to switch on the alarm, and a thief entered
your house.   Did you contribute to the case ?
In all those 3 cases the answer (to my opinion) is no.  However: If I gave the keys of my house to a stranger and he used it to "clean" my house, sure I had a major role in this event.  So the answer is: Generally no but decide on each case for it's merits.
Best regards,
