      To "voluntarily enter religious" groups, is for as many reasons as there are people. 

       Everyone, at one time or another, begins to think seriously about life and love and the world around them.

        Some find comfort in joining groups of like-minded people.  Many do not feel as if their choice is a choice of "slavery" and do not consider that they are living a "lie."
