Sensitive is a good description without defining who's right.  Sensitive is better than "killjoy" or "spoilsport".   I'm a sensitive person, and the neighbors have teenaged boys who play basketball (OK but annoying), sometimes scream over fouls, and have friends who like loud cars and sometimes loud music. 

Down the block are neighbors who have (illegal) fireworks every year, which means not just the 4th of July but occasional blasts for several weeks before and after.  I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't find fireworks on my roof.
