Why are you people so afraid?
I travel from my home in Aberdeen, Washington to Aberdeen, Scotland twice a year. Since the death of my wife Anne two years ago I find some solace in visiting the old country. You people here in America make me feel like staying there the next time I return.
Scots are voyagers. We come and go because we are the last of this world's truly free spirits. Nothing will part us from where we wish to be and nothing will cause us to remain where we wish to leave.
You put too much importance of the race of the man you put in office and not enough attention on the decisions he made on your behalf.
Scotland is a rational and orderly place. I would like to see America develop the wisdom we Scots learned as we cast out the Romans and reclaimed what was always ours.
Ours was an orderly and peaceful place to live. We have had unworthy leaders also just as you have now.
So, why have you not learned to adjust to unfit leaders such as Obama?
