Then, do what they said to do: Go to their website.    Your question has ended up on aOL answers.  type the candy website you were given into google.com search box.

I had this same problem. I called Family Circle customer service at 800-627-4444. The representative was very helpful. I wanted the 2yr subscription. I got it for 9.98 plus the 2 free books. I was offered a 3rd yr for 5.00 more but declined. Hope this is helpful.
