My name is Anthony Guillen I'm an expert carperter that works in construction building houses. I did a job for Korean man and Korean crew helping him built a house. I worked over a month for him and finish my job He owes me over $ 4500 and since I don't have anything in writing, is over 4months that the job was done, he got pay for the contract and I never got my share. I asked him many times for my money and I never get anywhere. I am in need of this money since I have a wife and 3 kids. I don't know what to do ? Can you help me ?

File in small claims court. It's your word against his. Maybe you can get somone to go with you to testify that you did the work. If you get a judgement against him, you will have to get a lawyer to file to garnishee his wages. Good luck!
