How much do pastry chefs make in 2011?

They make a lot of dough.  But don't plan a career with half-baked ideas. Stick with it and you could be in the chips.

A beginning pastry chef does not make so much.  It could be as little as $10 per hour.  But it could be $50,000 a year if you are good.
