I am messed up on passwords for my aol acct. and my ipod can't get them straight - any advice

At one time I forgot windows password. And then, I downloaded a file and created a windows password reset disk with a program named Windows Password Reset 9.0 and I successfully reset the forgotten password with the disk. http://www.reset-windows-password.com/how-to-reset-windows-password.html
