I met the same things several days ago. I lost my windows administrator password. I tried some free software. It took me three days and got quite messy. Unfortunately none of them work on my laptop. Then I found Windows Password Seeker, http://www.passwordseeker.com/howtouse.html, at about.com PC support channel. It worked like a charm, but it is not free.
