I have two AOL accounts. The account I used the most was hacked a few months ago & the password AND security question were changed.
I have contacted AOL twice about this & they have refused to help me saying there is nothing they can do. I have personal emails & information in this email & am frustrated that AOL is unwilling to do anything for me. It is unfair that I have been loyal to AOL for years but can't recieve help for this situation!
