Password reset site error

I am trying to reset the pw on my main account so I enter my username and the security code in the box.  I then get taken to a screen where it asks for the answer to my security question and the name of the accout holder.  I enter both of these items and instead of going to the pw reset page like it used to, now it resets back to the page where I enter my user name and security code.  I have tried over and over and it just keeps sending me in circles!!! How do I get this fixed so I can get back into my account!  My email was not apart of the whole hacked accounts thing, I have been locked out of it for weeks now!
