Password Reset Help

I would like to change my password due to the recent events, however, I can not remember the answer to my security question. When I try to reset, it takes me to the "paying" member page reset page, which I am not. According to the AOL MAIL HELP it should take me to a page for free AOL users. Any help anyone can offer? I have now been locked out for 24 hours, but I would like to try again tomorrow.

After 24 hours, please click on the Forgot Password link - but do not enter your Username. Choose one of the alternate options, other than the security questions, to verify your account.
