Parole hearing date

al.pardons and parolesmy brother has been back in now for over 8 years hes at a work release has no write ups goes home on 36hr and72hr passes working full time he is sec.to go up in dec.08 he was set off last july till this dec. he hasnt got a hearing date set yet. will it be soon/
