Parking ticket status of limitation

i got a parking ticket from year 2000 on the mail now in 2008 8 years letter i plead not guilty and i got a court date is thair a status of limitation in parkng tickets ? can thay still show evidance ? i did not remember noting about this parking violation how can thay find me giulty

I don't believe there is a statute of limitations on a ticket. Your best bet is to pay the fine for the ticket so it doesn't ruin your credit.

Why wait until tomorrow to do what you could be doing today?
