Parking rights for condo owners and tenants

I own a condo and according to the master deed have the right to one parking space.  I no longer drive or own a car and want to assign the parking space to a relative who does not live with me.  The Management company said that I do not own the parking space and his name has to be on a lease.  It does not say this in the master deed.  I asked them for a sticker and so far have not received one but they have been taking down liscense numbers of all the cars in the lot.  There are no designated spots and noone has a sticker, but they told me his car may be towed without a sticker.  Do I need a lawyer?
