You need to get control of your life. You have rights and by law he isn't allowed to bully you this way. You can't live your life in such fear. He has to pay you that money by law and i t isn't a favor you're asking of him. Be strong though I know it's hard.

You should really try not to fight in front of your daughter. Perhaps make sure she isn't around when you start these discussions. This doesn't sound like an easy situation but you can't let him manipulate you this way.
