You did not mention how old you are. Here is my advise:
1. Don't take you mother's side.
2. If you do so your father will be mad at you.
3. Tell them you want to discuss something important
     with them.
4. Prepare your words in advance very carefully !.
5. Tell them that you want that they'll listen to
      very carefully cause you really care and worried.
6. Tell them that you know that deep inside they
      love each other and created a nice family.
7. Those fightings might ruin / distroy it all.   And
      there is no deep reason for it.
8. Ask them to stop fighting and concentrate on
     building a worm loving family nest.
9. If you speak from your heart you have good
     chances that they will listen to you.
