Answers

I now realize for FRESH leaves: put as much in non-metallic pot and cover with water and boil then simmer til it gets to 1/2 of its original water.

With DRIED leaves steep one teaspoon of powderized/cut up dried leaves in cup of boiling water.

Take 3 to 6 cups a day.

It is very bitter.

Green Tea is better than Black Tea. It's so as the Green Tea Leaves are somewhere related to the Green Vegetables Background. So Vitamin A is also there which is good for the eyes.
