It depends whether the pain is water base acrylic or oil base paint.

If it's oil base paint, only turpentine or paint thinner will remove it, and

that could be harful even on the turtels shell. Best to let oil base baint

wear off.  If it's water base paint, use a light scrubber pad and warn soapy water to remove it gently.

I would suggest asking a vet. If anyone would know, a vet would. And yes, they do treat turtles.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
