Greetings:  I concur, see your family physician or a hospital immediately!  The pain in the front right could be appendicitis, life threatening if it should rupture.  Do not take chances with your health, have this looked into right away.

Sounds like the Sciatic nerve might be inflamed. You need to have it checked out as it can become extremely painful if not treated with anti-inflammatories. As well a herniated disc or two can present with similar symptoms. Only an MRI can determine the exact cause.
