Piriformis syndome y do i have pain i and tingeling in my foot?

Piriformis syndrome is a condition in which the piriformis muscle irritates the sciatic nerve, causing pain in the buttocks and directing pain along the leg and right down to your toes where the large sciatic nerve ends. Please seek medical help before the tingling in the feet switches to numbness.
