All ice cream recipes require the eggs and the cream to be beaten to introduce air and create the fluffy texture. Air contains oxygen so all ice cream contains oxygen.

There is however a new craze of Oxygen bars where you can sit and inhale flavoured oxygen and you can buy oxygen juices and ice cream. I believe they use liquid oxygen.
