I just took a free ovulation test and over the internet and according to the my 1st date of my last menstrual period is that my conception date is Jan 22nd and my pregnancy due date would be Oct. 15th. Then I would be 1 wk and 5 days pregnant but today is only Jan. 20th how could I be 1wk and 5 days preg. today?????

You actually get 2 weeks 'free', since the pregnancy count starts even before ovulation. It doesn't mean you're actually pregnant, of course... It's just that pregnancy is counted from the date of your last menstrual cycle and not from the date of conception.

It's really very confusing, but when your period is due (approximately  2 weeks after ovulation), you are considered 4 weeks pregnant--if you are pregnant, that is.  So, while you should really be 2 weeks pregnant at that point, you are considered 4 weeks pregnant.
