I'm a girl of 19 years, suffering from medical(blood-pain-injury-injection) phobia. I've a convulsive vasovagal syncope during which I experience difficulty in breathing which goes on increasing, feel as if I'm falling with a great speed in an endless & dark pit. This results in an awful feeling of dying the very next moment.
Please help me in overcoming the phobia.

Lie down when you are having blood drawn. This makes it almost impossible to faint.
Phobias are handled by desensitization. You will need to talk to your doc about this.
