Try looking at your diet. Diets that are high in carbs (bread and processed foods) and inflammatory foods can cause arthritis and MS. Reducing the inflammation inside your body will help.

Thanks for the information, I don't eat breads and 85% of my diet is fresh food. Not that I new that this would help, I will step this up a bit more.

Your welcome. You should definitely take fish oil or krill oil as this reduces inflammation. Watch out for fruit, as it is very high in sugar, so try to keep your sugar levels stable. There is a very good book by Jack Challem called The Inflammation Syndrome. He also wrote Syndrome X. Look them up on Amazon and check out the reviews. I hope you get some relief soon.
