Is Oprah overdoing it with her Favorite Things?

Do you personally know anyone who participated in the audience on Oprah's Favorite Things show?

Do you think it's an amazing farewell show, or is she going over the top?

Oh no, I don't think she overdid it. She's Oprah! She's supposed to be 'over the top'! Nobody does things like she does, and there must be a reason that she gives the stuff away that she does (although I don't know why).

She is a very generous woman. I've noticed that sometimes she gives away things that to me seem outrageous or overkill, but for some people in her audience, it could make a huge difference in their lives and change their lives for the better. I don't know the participants in her last show, but I am happy for them. It must be fun to be involved in something like this.

Example, you grow up with Silver Spoon, and all of a sudden one day, you are broke, no fancy Estate, no Maids, ...
