I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you using Vista? If yes, please follow the troubleshooting solutions/instructions in this article:

Receiving 'Whoops' error message while browsing

If no, please provide me with the following information:

1. What version of the AOL Desktop Software are you using?

2. What OS are you using?

3. Do you receive this message only when you are browsing certain, specific web pages?

Thank you.

Thanks for the additional information, Tom. Please send me these details, along with your contact information to atsupporthelp@aol.com. I will forward this issue to another team for further help.

I got XP on my computer, and I'm randomly getting this error message mostly when trying to view news storie links directly from the AOL Welcome page. Then when I try to close that news story window from coming back and reloading, it just keeps trying to re-appear two or three more times and I'm having to stop and specifically close it again each time. It sure makes one NOT want to continue using the AOL 9.5 program anymore.

When I try to send or forward email - it wants me to go to a safe URL and then type in special codes. This is a pain and I want it to stop before I drop AOL.
