Unfortunately, there is no such thing.  About the fastest that any business college will graduate anyone is four years.  That is cutting corners and then at an exhausting pace.

City University in Seattle has an accelerated course that will push you through in 18 months to a BABA Degree but it is the roughest way I can think of to get an education, and then it leaves a lot of rough edges.
