Don't see why not - just use the same username to sign on with and have the client installed on both types of machines.

Thanks for the additional information. Since the "dot" is part of your Username, I believe you would have to sign into your account with that "dot," but I may not be understanding your question correctly. When you sign in from work, are you using the same Username?
