How does one girl act if another stands next to her as if she was better?  For example, theres a girl waiting for her icecream at an icecream parlor and another girl walks up only to stand right beside the first girl almost touching her inconsiderably and acting as if shes better or prettier in front of the boyfriend.      what would you as the first girl to make the ignorant feel like shit? and why do u think this is a behavior in most girls?

It is not a behavior in most girls. Most girls would just eat their ice cream and enjoy the day. What has gone on in your life that makes you so petty and insecure?

Well, why do you think that other girl is thinking or doing such to make you(or the 1st girl) think that she's better? have you ever thought that maybe you were just assuming it? if such was true then you might want to validate that claim by asking the girl why she's standing infront of you or say excuse me.
