My oncologist failed to send me to a dentist ...

My oncologist failed to send me to a dentist before radiation treatments. I showed him an absess under my first molar. His pretreatment cat scan shows the an impacted wisom tooth on same side that had not surfaced. Shortly after treatments the gum line receaded exposing the wisdom tooth. He immediately ordered extraction of the tooth and HBO treatments. The absessed tooth had to be removed as well. Result: Osteoradionecrosis. Can I sew him for the neglect and poor decision to act quickly to perform such risky extractions.
