Hi Mom Alicia,
Being entirely objective (and nothing against Chicago) it was a honest and great choice. The Olympic games should take place eaqch time in another place, equally spread on the universe. The USA is sure NOT discreminated (just count how many times it took place there). Personally I am thrilled and seriousely think to take the advantage and visit Brasil at that time and the highlights (for me) will be watching the Olympic games.

I totally agree with my friend OronD, one thumb up. I'm so happy that Rio De Janeiro won. They need to be given a chance. I think they were just fair in voting for Rio.

I was glad to see that Rio won. It's about time that South America won. Also most of the events will be held during prime time for those of us in the States, so we won't have to get up in the middle of the night if we want to watch the events live.
