Olive oil and lemon juice mixed together is good for oily hair.  Here are the directions to make a home conconction for oily hair: Add 1 to 3 teaspoons of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to any one of the following, eggs, plain yogurt, olive oil, castor oil, or jojoba oil.

So that's it in a nutshell, however, I have provided a source-link below which contain home-preparation shampoos and conditioners and may be something to your likeing.

I'll search, while you wait.

I'm not sure why you want to use lemon juice which is an acid. It may sound odd, but try just plain oil. Lots of kinds will work: olive, avocado, coconut, etc. You might want to check out

I agree with Nyssa, Lemon juice contains an acid and it wouldn't be useful for your hair
