how to get rid of cholesterol does drinking water help flush cholesterol out of my system...I am allergic to all Statins

I doubt it. A low cholesterol diet and more exercise will help.

Talk to your Dr about other alternatives.

If you replace sugary drinks with water, the answer is yes! Water won't "flush out" your cholesterol; instead, it will not cause your body to "produce" cholesterol in response to sugar intake, like sugary drinks do. The same can be said of sugary foods as well as foods high in refined carbohydrates; Eliminate and replace those as much as possible. If you do both, I bet your cholesterol goes down.
