I can't tell you, but Gibson keeps a record of their guitars and can tell you from the serial number. Or you might be able to find a database on line.

Not a lot. 200, maybe 300. If it was a Gibson Les Paul, 800 or 900. These are often called the lawsuit guitars. Has something to do with lawsuits between Gibson, Ibanez and Hohner. I don't really know the story.
