Old painting

I have an old painting of a Irish house with a river running in the foreground.With large tree's on the near bank.The cottage's roof is of straw nearly reaching the ground.In the background is a row of trees.

The signature Is Dillon no first initial. but above and to the left of the signature is three mushroom looking  swirls with stems. Does anybody know this artist?

 The painting appears to be from the early 20th century or the mid to late nineteen century.
