Old acct safe?

It seems that somone used my user name, address & phone # to order a streaming music service, charged to another person (phone # one digit off). Is it possible they accessed my old AOL acct to get this info?

It's possible, they use a searching software that goes through millions of passwords until they unlock someones. Thats why they say to change passwords often and make them numbers and letters so it will be harder to crack.
