For a Chihuahua the first year is equivalent to 10 years in human years the 2nd year is equivalent to 7 and then every additional year is equivalent to 5 human years.  According to that a 15 years old Chihuahua is (10 + 7 + 13*5 = 82) equivalent to 82 years in human years.  Please note that it is a rough etimate only.
