Dear Erin,

I am not in the USA but in France. It's been now almost a week that i try to call everyday at the hours you mentioned, but the answer is always "There is too many calls right now, we can't process your call, please try later"

All this at an International dial rate! Maybe your assistance number can't handle international calls?
