Ground Lease Payments for Wind Mill Farms

The Electric Company is getting ready to put a large Wind Mill Farm on our

land. What is the Ground Lease Rate they Normally Pay Per Month

Per Wind Mill and or Killowatt Hour Generated OR BOTH by each Wind Mill ?

Does the family that owns the mineral right get paid a Royality Per

Wind Mill based upon a Killowatt Hours that the Wind Mills Generates ?
