Oil and water temperature

It is a scientifically proven fact that water surface temperature fuels hurricane strength, so what does millions of gallons of oil do to the water surface temperature in the Gulf, and the effects of thousands of gallons of oil being sucked up by those hurricanes and depositing it on land. 6/9/10 Add the million volt spark we call lightning, which also produces ozone( 3 unstable oxygen molecules) to an oil soaked atmosphere and surfaces, and what are the possibilities.
