Oil paintings by artist Garee.

I am looking for information on an artist by the name of Garee. I currently own one painting and I have seen about 7 more online. These were oil paintings and each painting had many copies but all were a little different. They were put out around the 1960’s to the 1970’s. The paintings were sold in department stores, or so I was told. They may have also been sold in green stamp catalogues. I was looking for more information on the artist as well as what these paintings could be bought for. Apparently they were mostly cherished for there sentimental value but I would like to know how much I could buy one for and where someone might be selling one. Any information on this artist and his paintings would be greatly appreciated.

Howdy;

I am the proud owner of a "Garee". There is or was a site the was created by someone that owed a piece or two themselves. what i remember was

they were indeed everywhere at one time. 2-they were also "mass Produced "

in factories and signed Garee. look for writing on the back a IM NOT SURE WHAT THE WORD WAS INDICATING this . $ the number that was mentioned was around $200.00

and yes MINE is for sale. i will try to remember the site
